The only condition is that the club is registered with its country’s Floorball federation. The competition starts with the group play. The teams are divided into groups of four or five where all teams will meet in a round robin series. All teams in the group qualifies for ”Play-Off.” .
It is our aim that all teams wishing to take part in the Unihoc Riga Cup are able to do so. The teams paying their team fees first will be given priority. There is no limit to the number of players in each team. However you can only use a maximum of 20 players for each match.
The following groups take part in the Floorball tournament:
Players outside the designated age groups.
The exception applies to a player who is a year older than it is stated by the age group. May apply for the tournament two players who are a year older, but each game may participate in only one player covered by the exception.
Before the beginning of the tournament, each team has to stat very accurately the players who do not correspond to the category of the participants group. During the Floorball tournament no other exceptions are assigned.
Each team leader must make sure that all participants carry their own insurance, both on and off the field. Unihoc Riga Cup does not carry any group insurance, and is not responsible for, protecting participants in case of injury, illness, theft or damage to property.
WE ASK ALL PARTICIPANTS AND LEADERS NEVER TO LEAVE VALUABLE ITEMS OR MONEY AT THE DRESSING ROOM!
Neither the Unihoc Riga Cup can be held liable by delegates for any damages, costs or losses incurred from war, warlike events, civil war, revolution, insurrection or cause of government action, strike, lockout, blockade (force majeure) or similar events.
Under these conditions, the tournament organizers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration/accommodation fee and to use it for a future tournament, or to reimburse the delegate after deducting costs already incurred for the organization of the tournament and which could not be recovered from third parties.
